1. Introduction Welcome to VisTravel.in. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the commencement of services.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other specified methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
    • 45 days prior: 10% of the total cost
    • 15 days prior: 25% of the total cost
    • 7 days prior: 50% of the total cost
    • 48 hours prior or no-show: No refund
  • Agency Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings under certain circumstances, with full refunds provided.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • Agency-Initiated Changes: We may alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring minimal disruption.

5. Travel Documentation

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • Agency Liability: We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from services provided by third parties.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must adhere to local laws and regulations and are responsible for their own actions during the trip.

8. Health and Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • We are not responsible for any health issues that arise during the trip.

9. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints must be reported immediately to our representatives. Unresolved complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the trip’s end.
